Abstract
The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) cannot be ignored in people's lives today. The MSME development program as a means to increase people's purchasing power will ultimately become a tool to control state finances from a crisis, therefore the performance of an MSME needs to be maintained to remain stable. There are factors that influence the business performance of an MSME, including ability, business strategy, business innovation and knowledge and experience. These variables will be measured using data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using Smart PLS V3. The research results show that there is a significant influence of business strategy variables and knowledge and experience. Meanwhile, there is an influence but not significant from the variables of ability and business innovation. Based on structural calculations from the optimal Second Order final model, the relationship value between X1 and Y is obtained at 0.019%. The relationship value of X2 to Y is 3.9601%. The value of the relationship between X3 and Y is 1.2769% and for the relationship between X4 and Y is 30.91%. In this way, it can be concluded that the highest relationship is found in variable X4, namely knowledge and experience.

| Additional Information: | Keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) tidak dapat diabaikan dari kehidupan masyarakat saat ini. Program pengembangan UMKM sebagai salah satu sarana untuk menaikkan daya beli masyarakat, pada akhirnya akan menjadi alat untuk mengontrol keuangan negeri dari terjadinya sebuah krisis oleh karena itu kinerja sebuah UMKM perlu untuk dijaga agar tetap stabil. Terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja usaha dari sebuah UMKM diantaranya kemampuan, strategi bisnis, inovasi bisnis dan pengetahuan serta pengalaman. Variabel tersebut akan diukur dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan Smart PLS V3. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel strategi bisnis dan pengetahuan serta pengalaman. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh akan tetapi tidak signifikan dari variabel kemampuan dan Inovasi Bisnis. Berdasarkan perhitungan structural dari model akhir second oder yang telah optimal, didapatkan nilai hubungan X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,019%. Untuk nilai hubungan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 3,9601%. Untuk nilai hubungan X3 terhadap Y sebesar 1,2769% dan untuk hubungan X4 terhadap Y sebesar 30,91%. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan paling tinggi terdapat pada varibel X4 yaitu pengetahuan dan pengalaman. | |||||||||
