Abstract

Implementation of Teacher Personality Competencies to Develop Students' Independent Attitudes in Implementing the Pancasila Student Profile at SDN Bujanggadung, Cilegon City (Qualitative Research Regarding Teacher Personality Competencies) By : Nurul Hidayanti 2227190006 This research aims to analyze and describe the understanding of teachers' personality competencies, efforts to develop students' independent attitudes and the impact of the efforts made by teachers. The method used is research in the form of a qualitative approach with data sources obtained by class 1 and class 4 teachers. The data collection technique is using interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was obtained from three important things, namely that the fourth grade teacher at SDN Bujanggadung was quite good at understanding the concept of ignoring personality competencies in developing students' independent attitudes by developing three aspects, namely intracurricular which were included in the subjects and achieved through learning objectives, extracurricular activities. scout activities and school culture from habituation in schools such as morning roll call for group prayer, carrying out habituation in class without teacher orders and so on. Then teachers make various efforts to develop students' independent attitudes by acting as role models, teachers, mentors and motivators. Everything was done by the teacher well using various strategies. The impact of the efforts made is also quite good, students can develop their independence, such as being able to complete tasks and responsibilities, carrying out habits independently, being able to ask and answer questions given. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pemahaman kompetensi kepribadian guru, upaya dalam mengembangkan sikap mandri peserta didik dan dampak dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian berupa pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data yang di dapatkan oleh guru kelas 1 dan kelas 4. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokmentasi kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini diperoleh dari tiga hal penting yaitu Guru kelas IV SDN Bujanggadung sudah cukup baik dalam memahami konsep mengenai kompetensi kepribadian dalam mengembangkan sikap mandiri peserta didik dengan mengembangkan dari tiga aspek yaitu intrakulikuler yang di muat dalam mata pelajaran dan di capai melalui tujuan pembelajaran, ekstrakurikuler dari kegiatan pramuka dan budaya sekolah dari pembiasaan yang ada di sekolah seperti apel pagi untuk doa bersama, melaksanakan pembiasaan di kelas tanpa perintah guru dan sebagainya. Kemudian guru melakukan berbagai upaya dalam mengembangkan sikap mandiri peserta didik dengan berperan sebagai teladan, pengajar, pembimbing, dan motivator. Semua dilakukan oleh guru dengan baik dengan menggunakan berbagai macam strategi yang dilakukan. Adapun dampak dari upaya yang dilakukan juga sudah cukup baik, peseta didik dapat mengembangkan kemandiriannya seperti mampu menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab, melaksanakan pembiasaan secara mandiri, mampu bertanya dan menjawab soal yang diberikan.
