Abstract
This paper examines the Implementation of Integrated Administrative Services Policy in Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. District Integrated Administrative Services is a policy regarding the implementation of public services at the sub-district level. The purpose of implementing District Integrated Administrative Services is to realize the District as a community service center and a service node for integrated service offices/agencies in districts/cities. District Integrated Administrative Service is the implementation of public services in the sub-district whose management process, starting from the application to the issuance stage of the document, is carried out in one place. One place means enough through one table or service counter. The services provided include the fields of licensing and non-licensing. The theory used is the theory of Policy Implementation according to George C. Edward III with four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of integrated administrative service policies in Cikupa sub-district, Tangerang district, Banten province has not run optimally. Viewed from the indicators of policy implementation according to George C. Edward III, it is still not in accordance with the reality.

| Additional Information: | Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu di Kecamatan Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten. Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan merupakan sebuah kebijakan tentang penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik pada tingkat kecamatan. Maksud penyelenggaraan PATEN adalah mewujudkan Kecamatan sebagai pusat pelayanan masyarakat dan simpul pelayanan bagi kantor/badan pelayanan terpadu di kabupaten/kota. Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) adalah Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di kecamatan yang proses pengelolaannya, mulai dari permohonan sampai ke tahap terbitnya dokumen dilakukan dalam satu tempat. Satu tempat berarti cukup melalui satu meja atau loket pelayanan. Pelayanan yang diberikan meliputi bidang perizinan dan non perizinan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Implementasi Kebijakan menurut George C. Edward III dengan empat indikatornya yaitu komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pelayanan administrasi terpadu di kecamatan cikupa, kabupaten tangerang, provinsi banten belum berjalan optimal. Dilihat dari indikator implementasi kebijakan menurut George C. Edward III masih belum sesuai dengan kenyataannya. | |||||||||
