Abstract
Participation in this research can be formulated in the form of community involvement in the irrigation network management process (maintenance, operation, and rehabilitation) from planning, implementation, utilization, and maintenance based on their own awareness (according to their rights and obligations) and not influenced by other parties. In addition, participation in this context is seen as an effort to reduce conflicts in the management of irrigation networks. This study focuses on the influence of Internal and External Factors on the Participation of P3A Members in the Operation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks. This study took place in Kampung Baru Village, Pamarayan District, Serang Regency by taking respondents from P3A Members. According to the results of the research, the forms of participation of P3A members at each stage of implementation and planning are in the form of assets, personnel, monitoring and evaluation in the form of ideas or thoughts. Based on the research results, cleaning of canals and buildings from plants, garbage and dirt is an important factor in carrying out participation activities in irrigation management. This will affect the acceleration of the utilization of irrigation networks to increase production yields.

| Additional Information: | Partisipasi dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan dalam bentuk keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan jaringan irigasi (pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, dan rehabilitasi) mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan berdasarkan kesadarannya sendiri (sesuai hak dan kewajibannya) dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh pihak lain. Selain itu, partisipasi dalam konteks ini dipandang sebagai upaya mengurangi konflik dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Pengaruh Faktor Internal dan Eksternal Terhadap Partisipasi Anggota P3A Dalam Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Jaringan Irigasi. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Desa Kampung Baru, Kecamatan Pamarayan, Kabupaten Serang dengan mengambil responden dari Anggota P3A. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bentuk partisipasi anggota P3A pada setiap tahapan pelaksanaan dan perencanaan berupa aset, personel, monitoring dan evaluasi berupa gagasan atau pemikiran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pembersihan saluran dan bangunan dari tanaman, sampah dan kotoran merupakan faktor penting dalam melaksanakan kegiatan partisipasi dalam pengelolaan irigasi. Hal ini akan berdampak pada percepatan pemanfaatan jaringan irigasi untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi. | |||||||||
