Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance on firm value. Corporate governance is divided into institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, and board of commissioners. while company value is measured using Price book Value (PBV). the sample in this study were 27 banking companies. and the sample used in this study is a banking company registered on the Indonesia stock exchange during 2015-2017. The results of the study prove that institutional ownership has a negative effect on firm value, independent commissioners have a positive effect on firm value, commita audit has a negative effect on firm value, while the board of commissioners has no effect on firm value. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. corporate governance dibagi menjadi kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, komite audit, dan dewan komisaris. sedangkan nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan Price book Value (PBV). sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 27 perusahaan perbankan. dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia selama tahun 2015-2017. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, komite audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
