Abstract
Budget participation is an activity that has authority in budget preparation to prepare and evaluate various alternatives and budget goals. Transformational leaders have great influence, are loyal to the company, respect subordinates, and are able to carry out the company's vision. Organizational culture is a basic pattern accepted by the organization to act and solve problems, form employees who are able to adapt to the environment and unite organizational members. Managerial performance determines the success of an organization in achieving goals. This research method is quantitative research. The population in this study were Pharmaceutical Companies located in Banten Province. This study uses purposive sampling method as a technique for drawing samples. The data source used in this research is primary data source. In conducting this research the authors used descriptive research methods. The questionnaires were distributed in 15 companies, but only 13 pharmaceutical companies returned the questionnaires completely and could be sampled in this study. The results of this study indicate that budget participation has a positive or significant effect on managerial performance while transformational leadership has a negative or insignificant effect on managerial performance and organizational culture has a positive or significant effect on performance. It is suggested that further research can be carried out using other variables or adding variables that can affect managerial performance. Further research, it is advisable to use other types of industries to be sampled.

| Additional Information: | Partisipasi anggaran merupakan kegiatan yang mempunyai otoritas dalam penyusunan anggaran untuk mempersiapkan dan mengevaluasi berbagai alternatif serta tujuan anggaran. Pemimpin transformasional memiliki pengaruh besar, loyal terhadap perusahaan, menghormati bawahan, dan mampu menjalankan visi perusahaan. Budaya organisasi adalah pola dasar yang diterima oleh organisasi untuk bertindak dan memecahkan masalah, membentuk pegawai yang mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan mempersatukan anggota-anggota organisasi. Kinerja manajerial menentukan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Metode penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Farmasi yang berada di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik untuk penarikan sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Kuesioner tersebar dalam 15 perusahaan, akan tetapi hanya 13 perusahaan farmasi yang mengembalikan kuesioner secara lengkap dan dapat dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif atau tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan variabel lain atau menambah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial. Penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menggunakan jenis industri yang lain untuk dijadikan sampel. | |||||||||
