Abstract

The widespread spread of pornographic videos through social media platforms, both covert ones such as Tiktok and overt ones such as Bigo Live has caused teenagers to be affected by negative viewing which can lead to juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the use of social media Tiktok and Bigo Live on juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect and to determine whether there are significant differences in juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect of the use of social media Tiktok and Bigo Live in adolescents in Serang City and adolescents in Cilegon City. . The research method uses quantitative methods. The research design consists of descriptive design, causal design and comparative design. The research population is adolescents aged 12-23 years who live in Serang City and Cilegon City who use 2 social media applications at once, namely Tiktok and Bigo Live. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample eligibility number according to the Ferdinand formula of 140 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and independent t-test with the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is known that the R Square value is 0.427. This shows that the variation in the variable juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect can be explained by 42.7% by the social media use variable Tiktok and Bigo Live while the remaining 57.3% is explained by other variables not examined. The results of the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a partial influence of the use of social media Tiktok and Bigo Live on juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect, there is an effect of the use of social media Tiktok and Bigo Live on juvenile delinquency behavior in the pornographic aspect, and there are significant differences in juvenile delinquency behavior in The pornographic aspect of the use of Tiktok and Bigo Live social media among adolescents living in Cilegon City is higher than that of adolescents living in Serang City. The research suggestion is that the central government through the Ministry of Communication and Informatics can tighten supervision and take strict action against social media platforms which are alleged to be media for broadcasting prostitution online.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan signifikan perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi dari penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live pada remaja di Kota Serang dengan remaja di Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian terdiri dari desain deskriptif, desain kausal dan desain komparatif. Populasi penelitian adalah remaja yang berusia 12-23 tahun yang tinggal di Kota Serang dan Kota Cilegon yang menggunakan 2 aplikasi media sosial sekaligus, yakni Tiktok dan Bigo Live. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah kelayakan sampel menurut rumus Ferdinand sebanyak 140 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji independent t-test dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0.427. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi pada variabel perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi dapat dijelaskan sebesar 42,7% oleh variabel penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live secara parsial terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi, dan signifikan perilaku kenakalan remaja pada aspek pornografi dari penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dan Bigo Live pada remaja yang tinggal di Kota Cilegon kanremaja yang tinggal di Kota Serang. Saran penelitian adalah pemerintah pusat melalui Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika dapat memperketat pengawasan dan penindakan yang tegas kepada platform media sosial yang disinyalir menjadi media penyiaran prostitusi secara online.
