Abstract
This research examines commissive speech acts found in online buying and selling groups on Facebook. The aim of this research is to describe the types and functions of commissive speech acts found in online buying and selling groups on Facebook. The focus of this research is commissive speech acts, including commissive speech acts of offering and commissive speech acts of promising. The research technique used in this research uses skillful listening and involvement techniques. The data source in this research is online buying and selling groups on Facebook, while the data in this research are fragments of speech contained in online buying and selling groups on Facebook, which contain commissive speech acts proposed by Rustono. Based on the research results, 81 data were obtained. From the total data, 1) commissive speech acts offer (49 data), and 2) commissive speech acts promise (32 data). The results of the analysis can be used as educational information for prospective traders or sellers on how to offer their posts on Facebook so that they are more effective and easier for potential buyers to understand.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini mengkaji tindak tutur komisif yang terdapat pada grup jual-beli online di Facebook. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur komisif yang terdapat pada grup jual-beli online di Facebook. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tindak tutur komisif, meliputi tindak tutur komisif menawarkan dan tindak tutur komisif menjanjikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pada grup jual beli online di Facebook, sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah penggalan tuturan yang terdapat pada grup jual beli online di Facebook yang mengandung tindak tutur komisif yang dikemukakan oleh Rustono. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 81 data. Dari data keseluruhan tersebut, 1) tindak tutur komisif menawarkan (49 data), dan 2) tindak tutur komisif menjanjikan (32 data). Hasil dari analisis dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai informasi edukatif bagi para calon pelapak atau penjual bagaimana cara menawarkan postingan-postingannya di Facebook agar lebih efektif dan mudah dipahami oleh calon pembeli. | |||||||||
