Abstract

Krakatau Steel Cilegon / Study Program of Management / Faculty of Economy and Business / University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / Serang 2019 / First adviser is Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM / Second adviser is Vera Maria, SE.,MM. The research focus is on The Influence of Organizational Culture, work environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine how much The Influence Organizational Culture, work environment and Work Motivation had on Employee Performance. The research method used is quantitative. Population in this study were Employee of Product, Planning and Control (PPC) division numbering 200 people. to determined the sample amounted to 90 people. The analysis tool used is PLS (Patial Least Square). Fokus penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi PPC PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Divisi PPC PT Krakatau Steel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi PPC PT. Krakatau Steel Cilegon berjumlah 200 orang. Untuk menentukan besaran sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus Ferdinand dan ditentukan sampel berjumlah 90 orang. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan (5) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
