Abstract
Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a horticultural crop that has high nutritional value and high economic value, so it is much needed by humans. Therefore efforts are needed to increase the productivity of lettuce. One of them is fertilization by paying attention to the concentration and frequency of fertilizer application. The fertilizer used is Tofu Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to measure the growth and yield of lettuce. This research is an experimental research conducted from April to June 2023. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design which consisted of two factors, namely concentration and frequency. The first factor is the concentration consisting of 4 levels, namely 0 ml/L, 200 ml/L, 300 ml/L, and 400 ml/L. While the second factor, namely frequency, consists of three levels, namely every 5 days, every 7 days, and every 9 days. The results showed that a concentration of 300 ml/L showed the best results on plant height (19.82 cm), number of leaves (7.67 strands), root length (14.50 cm), plant fresh weight (72.44 g), and leaf area (149.57 cm2). Meanwhile, once every 7 days gave the best results for plant height (19.41 cm), number of leaves (7.17 strands), plant fresh weight (71.08 g), and leaf greenness (18.24 unit). There is an interaction between concentration and frequency on the number of leaves.

Additional Information: | Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki kandungan gizi dan nilai ekonomi tinggi sehingga banyak dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas selada. Salahsatunya yaitu pemupukan dengan memperhatikan konsentrasi dan frekuensi pemberian pupuk. Pupuk yang digunakan yaitu Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Limbah Tahu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu konsentrasi dan frekuensi. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0 ml/L, 200 ml/L, 300 ml/L, dan 400 ml/L. Sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu frekuensi terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 5 hari sekali, 7 hari sekali, dan 9 hari sekali. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 300 ml/L menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman (19,82 cm), jumlah daun (7,67 helai), panjang akar (14,50 cm), berat segar tanaman (72,44 g), dan luas daun (149,57 cm2). Sedangkan frekuensi 7 hari sekali memberikan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman (19,41 cm), jumlah daun (7,17 helai), berat segar tanaman (71,08 g) dan kehijauan daun (18,24 unit). Terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi dan frekuensi pada jumlah daun. | |||||||||
