Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion and Realization of Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at PT. Indonesian nature. In this study, there are four variables used, namely, Promotion (X1), Realization of Compensation (X2), Job Satisfaction (Z), and Employee Performance (Y). This study used 85 employees at PT. Natura Indoland as a sample. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that employee performance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Promotion (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z). Realization of Compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z). Job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi Jabatan dan Realisasi Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Natura Indoland. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel yang digunakan yaitu, Promosi Jabatan (X1), Realisasi Kompensasi (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (Z), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan 85 karyawan pada PT. Natura Indoland sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Promosi Jabatan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Z). Realisasi Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Z). Kepuasan Kerja (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y). | ||||||
