The analytical method used in this study is using combined panel data regression analysis from time series, namely 2017 to 2021 and cross sectional data from 33 provinces in Indonesia sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). With the help of Eviews 9.0 software. overall the variables of GRDP, Inflation, Total Population, PAD, DAU and DAK affect regional spending by 56.48 percent while the remaining 43.52 percent is explained by other variables outside the research model. The results of this study indicate that GRDP, population and General Allocation Funds (DAU) have a positive and insignificant relationship, but Local Own Revenue (PAD) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) have a positive and significant relationship.
