Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, profit sharing funds, and local government spending on poverty alleviation in provinces in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative methods. The research data source is secondary data in the form of panel data, namely provincial data in Indonesia for the period 2017-2021 obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. Analysis of research data using panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the R Square value is 0.995272. This means that the variation in the poverty alleviation variable in the provinces in Indonesia can be explained by 99.52% by the variable local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, profit sharing funds and local government spending, while the rest is explained by other variables not examined. The results of the partial hypothesis test with the t test, it is known that the variables of local revenue, profit sharing and local government spending have a partially significant effect on poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, the general allocation fund and special allocation fund do not have a partial significant effect on poverty alleviation. The results of the F test show that regional original income, general allocation funds and special allocation funds, profit-sharing funds and local government spending have a significant simultaneous effect on poverty alleviation in provinces in Indonesia in 2017-2021

Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel, yaitu data Provinsi di Indonesia dengan kurun waktu tahun 2017-2021 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0.995272. Artinya variasi variabel pengentasan kemiskinan pada provinsi di Indonesia dapat dijelaskan sebesar 99.52% oleh variabel pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dana bagi hasil dan belanja pemerintah daerah, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial dengan uji t, diketahui variabel pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil dan belanja pemerintah daerah berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Sedangkan dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Hasil uji F, diketahui pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus, dana bagi hasil dan belanja pemerintah daerah berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan pada provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. | |||||||||
