Abstract
The research aims to examine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners, Audit Committees, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Performance. The type of data in this research is quantitative data with secondary data sources. The sample in this study were 32 basic & chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 using a purposive sampling method. The data used in this study were obtained from the financial reports and Annual Reports of basic & chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies which have been published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) for the 2017- 2021 period and the websites of each company. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Regression analysis. The data in this study were processed using SPSS software (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26. The results of this study revealed that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Independent Commissioners have a positive effect on company performance. Then the Audit Committee has no effect on company performance, and Corporate Social Responsibility has a negative effect on company performance

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Dan Corporate Social Responbility Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor dasar & kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021 dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan Annual Report perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor dasar & kimia yang telah dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) selama periode 2017-2021 dan situs masing-masing perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Berganda. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kemudian Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Dan Corporate Social Responbility berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. | |||||||||
