Abstract

strategy management conflict is a competitive planning for taking an action when dealing with problems to occur in the Pasirsedang Village community. The toll road construction of the Serang-Panimbang aims to facilitate infrastructure so that can improve the regional economy. The research approach used was a qualitative approach with explanatory study case, and the theory used was Source Theory "The occurrence of the conflict between Robbins and Alfred Chandler's Strategy Theory". The result of this research explained that the land that the community had occupied for a long time would be converted for the Toll Road construction of the Serang-Panimbang, this land Initially it was the customary land of the local community, but currently the status of the land belongs to Perum Perhutani Pandeglang Regency, because the land was exchanged by the government. The community was the first to open this land and occupied the land since 1942, Therefore, even though the status of the land belongs to Perhutani, there is not the slightest activity from Perhutani which shows that the land belongs to Perhutani, because the land was already densely populated by residential areas of residents who have lived there for generations.

Additional Information:	Strategi penanganan konflik merupakan suatu perencanaan yang kompetitif dalam melakukan tindakan saat menangani masalah yang terjadi pada masyarakat Desa Pasirsedang. Dibangunnya Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang bertujuan untuk memudahkan infrastruktur sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerahnya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus eksplanatori, dan teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Sumber Terjadinya konflik Robbins dan Teori Strategi Alfred Chandler. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa lahan yang sudah lama masyarakat tempati akan dialihfungsikan untuk pembangunan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang, lahan tersebut mulanya merupakan lahan adat masyarakat setempat, tetapi saat ini status lahannya menjadi milik Perum Perhutani Kabupaten Pandeglang, karena lahan tersebut ditukar gulingkan oleh pemerintah. Masyarakat sebagai orang pertama yang membuka lahan tersebut dan menempati lahannya dari tahun 1942, maka walaupun status tanahnya milik perhutani tapi tidak ada sedikitpun aktivitas perhutani yang memperlihatkan bahwa lahan tersebut milik perhutani, karena memang lahannya sudah padat oleh pemukiman warga yang sudah turun temurun tinggal di lahan tersebut.
