Abstract

Human resources (HR) that are adequate in quantity and quality are the main support in the development of a nation. Good human relations, trust, responsibility are the characteristics that determine the quality of human resources (HR). The Character Education Strengthening Movement (PPK) launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) identified five (5) main character values that have been crystallized and are interconnected to form a network of values that need to be developed as a priority. Therefore, there are several things that the author can conclude from the research conducted, namely (1) Character education based on school culture at MKB Kak Seto. Character education based on school culture at MKB Kak Seto is one of the main objectives in building the character of its students. This can be seen from several MKB programs carried out to support improving character education, such as personal counseling and group counseling. (2) 2. Character education values in school culture-based character education at MKB Kak Seto. The character education that has been implemented in Package B at MKB Kak Seto basically falls into the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.

Additional Information: Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memadai secara jumlah dan mutu adalah pendukung utama dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa, Hubungan antar manusia yang baik, kepercayaan, tanggung jawab adalah karakter untuk menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) mengidentifikasi lima (5) nilai utama karakter yang telah di kristalisasi dan saling berkaitan membentuk jejaring nilai yang perlu dikembangkan sebagai prioritas. Maka dari itu ada eberapa hal yang penulis siulkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu (1) Pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di MKB Kak Seto Pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di MKB Kak Seto adalah salah satu tujuan utama dalam membangun karakter warga belajarnya. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa program MKB yang dilakukan untuk mendukung peningkatan pendidikan karakter seperti konseling pribadi dan konseling kelompok. (2) 2. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di MKB Kak Seto Pendidikan karakter yang telah dilaksanakan di Paket B MKB Kak Seto pada dasarnya termasuk ke dalam ranah Kognitif, Afektif dan Psikomotorik.
