Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence regional spending in districts/cities in Lampung province. As well as within a period of 6 years from 2016 to 2021. The data used in this study is secondary data originating from the DJPK of the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analytical method in this study uses the panel data method with the analysis model obtained is FEM (Fixed Effect Model). Based on the results of the F statistical test (simultaneous test) it shows that regional own-source revenue, balancing funds and other legitimate regional revenue simultaneously have a significant effect on regional spending in the districts/cities of Lampung Province from 2016 to 2021. Then, based on the t test (partial test) shows that regional own-source revenue, balancing funds and other legitimate regional revenues have a significant positive effect on regional spending, in 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province from 2016 to 2021.

Additional Information:	Peneliltian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belanja daerah di kabupaten/kota provinsi lampung. Serta dalam jangka waktu 6 tahun dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data sekunder yang berasal dari DJPK Kementerian Keuangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel dengan model analisis yang didapat adalah FEM (Fixed Effect Model). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik F (uji simultan) menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan dan lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja daerah di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Kemudian, berdasarkan uji t (uji parsial) menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan dan lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap belanja daerah, pada 15 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021.
