Abstract

Merdeka-Belajar kampus-merdeka was motivated by the incompatibility of the level of education with his work inIndonesia. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the independent campus-learning policy (MBKM), a case study on the implementation of the independent teaching and internship campus program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2021-2022. This research theory uses the model of George C. Edward III. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation with a total of 23 informants with the head of BAKP, deputy dean 1, head of department, department operators, lecturers, and students. The results showed that the implementation of the independent campus-independent learning policy, a case study on the implementation of the independent teaching and internship campus program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2021-2022 was in accordance with Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 concerning higher education standards, but was still not optimal in its implementation.

Additional Information: Merdeka-belajar kampus-merdeka dilatarbelakangi adanya ketidak sesuaian jenjang pendidikan dengan pekerjaannya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan merdeka-belajar kampus-merdeka (MBKM) studi kasus pada pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dan magang merdeka di universitas sultan ageng tirtayasa tahun 2021-2022. Teori penelitian ini menggunakan model George C. Edward III. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wwancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah informan 23 dengan kepala BAKP, wakil dekan 1, ketua jurusan, operator jurusan, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada implementasi kebijakan merdeka-belajar kampus-merdeka studi kasus pada pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dan magang merdeka di Universitas sultan ageng tirtayasa tahun 2021-2022 sudah sesuai dengan permendikbud no 3 tahun 2020 tentang standar pendidikan perguruan tinggi, tetapi masih belum optimal dalam pelaksanaannya.
