Abstract

K3 risk management is an attempt to manage risk K3 to prevent accidents, one of the most important resources in the company is human resources. Where every process in the area of batching plant potential to cause a risk, at the time of operation of the device presents a risk, at the time of operation of the device raises the risk of noise, hit by heavy equipment, crushed material, fell from a height, electric shock, and overwrite the ruins d undeground hole. Therefore according to this study is the identification of risk using methods HIRA and FTA in which HIRA conduct a risk assessment and FTA to analyze a system failure, potential hazards are identified potential hazards sebayak 51 potential hazards of working in Area Batching Plant consisting of 8 area as area identification. Potential hazards identified further assessment with FTA Method of determining the incidence of the base in any potential extreme of the potential hazards identified in the working environment Area Batching plant. Potential danger with extreme categories contained in the room where the operator, a mixer truck, Truck Undeground Remix place, and the place Shotcreter Undeground. To reduce the risk of workplace accidents in the area batching plant needs to do a routine inspection of the equipment operator, used electric current damper on any electrical equipment, create water storage areas for the process of mortar socrete, and adhere to existing SOPs.

Additional Information: Manajemen risiko K3 adalah suatu upaya mengelola risiko K3 untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan, salah satu sumber daya yang terpenting dalam perusahan adalah sumber daya manusia. Dimana setiap proses di area batching plant berpotensi menimbulkan suatu risiko, pada saat pengoperasian alat menimbulkan risiko kebisingan, tertabrak alat berat,tertimpa material, terjatuh dari ketinggian, tersengat aliran listrik, dan tertimpah reruntuhan d lubang undeground. Maka dari itu sesuai dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi risiko menggunakan metode HIRA dan FTA dimana HIRA melakukan penilaian risiko dan FTA untuk menganalisa sebuah kegagalan sistem, potensi bahaya kerja teridentifikasi potensi bahaya sebayak 51 potensi bahaya kerja di Area Batching Plant yang terdiri dari 8 area sebagai area identifikasi. Potensi bahaya kerja yang teridentifikasi dilakukan penilaian lebih lanjut dengan Metode FTA menentukan kejadian dasar di setiap potensi yang extreme dari potensi bahaya kerja yang teridentifikasi di lingkungan kerja Area Batching plant. Potensi bahaya dengan kategori extreme terdapat pada tempat ruang operator, tempat mixer truck, tempat Remix Truck Undeground, dan tempat Shotcreter Undeground. Untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja di area batching plant perlu dilakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap peralatan operator, dipakai peredam arus listrik di setiap peralatan listrik, membuat tempat penyimpanan air untuk proses pembuatan adukan socrete, dan mematuhi SOP yang ada.
