Abstract

The latest technical references that come into force in Indonesia are SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 1727-2020. There are changes in the latest technical references with old references, SNI 2847-2019 underwent a change from presentation to the limit of value in planning structural elements, SNI 1726-2019 experienced a significant change in the analysis of variety, the preaching of the force and earthquake maps, SNI 1727-2020 experienced a renewal where Dead load is presented in more detail. This study discusses the redesign of the Faculty of Law Untirta Sindangsari with the addition of floors, differences in planning locations and referring to the latest technical. The purpose of the study is to find out how to plan plates, beams, and columns, analyze earthquake loads using the Static Equivalent method and spectrum response that refers to the latest SNI, as well as knowing the existing conditions of the building that is added to the floor, and differences in the planning location in receiving earthquake loads with the help of software ETABS and spColumn. Based on the results of the analysis carried out the existing dimensions of the 600x600 mm2 K1 column structure experienced the addition of dimensions to 800x800 mm2, and the main beam B1 300x700 mm2 to 300x750 mm2. Found that the value of the redesigned structure of the permit. So it is concluded that the redesigned structure with existing dimensional conditions is unable to accept the addition of floors and the latest earthquake loads. Additional Information: Acuan teknis yang terbaru dan mulai berlaku di Indonesia adalah SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1726-2019 dan SNI 1727-2020. Terdapat perubahan dalam acuan teknis terbaru dengan acuan lama, SNI 2847-2019 mengalami perubahan dari penyajian hingga batasan nilai dalam merencanakan elemen struktur, SNI 1726-2019 mengalami perubahan signifikan pada analisis ragam, pensakalaan gaya dan peta gempa, SNI 1727-2020 mengalami pembaharuan dimana beban mati disajikan lebih rinci. Penelitian ini membahas tentang redesain gedung Fakultas Hukum UNTIRTA Sindangsari dengan penambahan lantai, perbedaan lokasi perencanaan serta mengacu pada teknis terbaru. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui cara merencanakan pelat, balok, dan kolom, menganalisis beban gempa menggunakan metode statik ekuivalen dan respons spektrum yang mengacu pada SNI terbaru, serta mengetahui kondisi eksisting gedung yang diberi penambahan lantai, dan perbedaan lokasi perencanaan dalam menerima beban gempa dengan bantuan software ETABS dan spColumn. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dimensi eksisting struktur kolom K1 600x600 mm2 mengalami penambahan dimensi menjadi 800x800 mm2, dan balok induk B1 300x700 mm2 menjadi 300x750 mm2. Didapati nilai simpangan struktur redesain melebihi nilai simpangan izin. Sehingga disimpulkan struktur redesain dengan kondisi dimensi eksisting tidak mampu menerima penambahan lantai dan beban gempa terbaru.
