Abstract
It has been more than a year that economic actors, both small and medium industry entrepreneurs and retailers in Indonesia have faced challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic not only attacks the health sector, but also disrupts community activities, as well as the economic sector. IKM is a potential economic sector and provides many benefits to society. in Banten Province. Pandeglang Regency is a plantation crop, one of which is palm sugar. One of the industries engaged in palm sugar production in Banten province is the Sanggrah Tani Small and Medium Industry (IKM), located in Munjul District, Pandeglang Regency. Based on survey data on sales of Gula Semut, it has fluctuated. These fluctuations are not only caused by external factors, but also by various internal constraints experienced by IKM Sanggrah Tani. Another obstacle is not having a good organizational financial and managerial system. One way that can be taken to be able to carry out business development efforts at this Sanggrah Tani IKM is by developing various alternative appropriate business strategies. In the formulation of a floating strategy, a structured and systematic analysis of various factors is required. Internal factor analysis, external factor analysis, internal-external factor analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research and the research instrument uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. By using IFE matrix analysis tools, EFE matrix, IE mariks, SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. The results of the IFE matrix analysis have a score of 2.15 and the EFE matrix has a score of 2.5 and based on the analysis of the IE IKM Sanggrah Tani matrix is in cell V (Hold and Maintain). Based on the results of the QSPM analysis, the main strategic priorities obtained are increasing promotion and production efforts as well as improving the quality of human resources.

(2) Merumuskan alternatif dan prioritas strategi dalam pengembangan usaha gula aren di IKM Sanggrah Tani Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di IKM Sanggrah Tani yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Munjul–Picung KM. 05 Kp. Ciluluk RT. 007/004, Desa Pasanggrahan, Kecamatan Munjul, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan melalui metode wawancara, survey, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis matriks IFE, matriks EFE, mariks IE, analisis SWOT dan analisis QSPM. Hasil analisis internal dan eksternal diperoleh skor matriks IFE sebesar 2,15 dan matriks EFE dengan skor 2,5 dan berdasarkan analisis matriks IE IKM Sanggrah Tani berada pada sel V (Hold and Maintain). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT diperoleh 9 alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan pada IKM Sanggrah Tani serta diperoleh strategi prioritas berdasarkan analisis QSPM yaitu meningkatkan upaya promosi dan produksi serta mengingkatkan kualitas SDM dengan nilai TAS sebesar 6,20. | |||||||||
