Abstract

The Water Treatment Plant Green Technology Recycle system is a form of technology in the implementation of UNTIRTA's vision and mission, namely Integrated Smart and Green University in saving water by recycling rainwater and the results of water usage in the Student Center UNTIRTA’s building, however the application still has problems in the electrocoagulation filter process, which produces impurities that form in the water and are lifted to the top of the water surface, so it must be monitored and cleaned regularly, this makes it difficult for technicians when monitoring because there is no monitoring system that can be seen easily, therefore this research implements a monitoring system to facilitate real-time and remote monitoring of Turbidity levels and water levels in the tertiary clarifier on campus E UNTIRTA based on IoT. This monitoring system has been tested well so that it produces a Turbidity value of the water sample in the tertiary clarifier process which is 28 NTU with water level conditions tending to be in the range of 32 cm and fluctuating, it can also be known that the Ubidots server delay when displaying data on the dashboard is an average of 9.92 seconds.

Additional Information: Sistem Water Treatment Plant Green Technology Recycle merupakan wujud teknologi dalam penerapan visi misi Universtas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA) yakni Integrated Smart and Green University dalam melakukan penghematan air dengan mendaur ulang air hujan dan hasil pemakaian air di gedung Student Center UNTIRTA, namun dalam penerapannya masih memiliki permasalahan pada proses filter elektrokoagulasi, yang menghasilkan kotoran-kotoran yang terbentuk dalam air dan terangkat ke atas permukaan air, sehingga harus dipantau dan dibersihkan secara berkala, hal ini menyulitkan teknisi saat akan melakukan pemantauan karena tidak adanya sistem monitoring yang dapat dilihat secara mudah, oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring guna mempermudah pemantauan secara real-time dan jarak jauh tingkat kekeruhan dan ketinggian air pada tertiary clarifier kampus E UNTIRTA berbasis IoT. Sistem monitoring ini telah diuji dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan nilai kekeruhan dari sampel air pada proses tertiary clarifier yaitu 28 NTU dengan kondisi ketinggian air cenderung berada pada kisaran 32 cm dan bergerak fluktuatif, juga dapat diketahui delay server Ubidots saat akan menapilkan data pada dashboard yaitu rata-rata sebesar 9,92 detik.
