Membangun suatu bangsa dimulai dari membangun sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan pondasi dalam membangun sumber daya manusia, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kepala sekolah yang memiliki visi dan misi yang membawa perubahan positif di masa depan. Kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini disinyalir terdapat hubungan dengan kinerja kepala PAUD, kinerja kepala PAUD diduga erat kaitannya dengan kompetensi sosial, kemampuan membangun kemitraan. Kinerja Kepala PAUD yang tinggi dapat membawa PAUD yang berkualitas, pendidikan berkualitas akan menghasilkan manusia yang berkualitas. Salah satu kinerja kepala PAUD di kabupaten Serang dapat diketahui dari ketercapaian terhadap pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan yang tercermin dari hasil akreditasi. Hasil Akreditasi Satuan PAUD, kabupaten Serang Tahun 2014 – 2022 menunjukkan peringkat/status akreditasi A= 01,16%; B = 24,89%; C=71,20%, Tidak Terakreditasi = 02,75%. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: 1). hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang, 2). hubungan kompetensi sosial dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang. 3). hubungan kemampuan membangun kemitraan dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang. 4). hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional kompetensi sosial, kemampuan membangun kemitraan secara bersama sama dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi Pearson, dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua entitas yang saling berhubungan erat dan bagaimana satu berdampak pada yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1092 Kepala PAUD dengan sampel 293 guru yang menjadi responden yang mewakili dari setiap kecamatan pada PAUD swasta di kabupaten Serang. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel penulis menggunakan teknik purposif sampling, di mana setiap kecamatan diambil responden sebanyak 10 orang guru sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui google form untuk mempermudah penyebaran dan mempercepat mendapatkan jawaban dari responden. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis hasil menggunakan korelasi spearmen untuk mengetahui terdapat tidaknya hubungan antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebas serta mengetahui kuatnya hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan: 1). Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang, artinya semakin baik penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin tinggi kinerja kepala PAUD sebaliknya semakin buruk dalam penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin rendah kinerja kepala PAUD. 2).Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan kompetensi sosial dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang,artinya semakin tinggi kompetensi sosial yang dimiliki oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin tinggi kinerja kepala PAUD sebaliknya semakin rendah kompetensi sosial yang dimiliki oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin rendah kinerja kepala PAUD. 3).Terdapat hubungan kemampuan membangun kemitraan dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang artinya semakin tinggi kemampuan membangun kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin tingginya kinerja kepala PAUD sebaliknya semakin rendah kemampuan membangun kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh kepala PAUD maka rendah kinerja kepala PAUD. 4). Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan yang simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi sosial, kemampuan membangun kemitraan secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja kepala PAUD di Kabupaten Serang, artinya semakin baik penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional yang dilakukan oleh kepala PAUD dan semakin tinggi kompetensi sosial kepala PAUD dan semakin tinggi kemampuan membangun kemitraan oleh kepala PAUD secara simultan maka semakin tinggi kinerja kepala PAUD sebaliknya semakin buruk penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala PAUD dan semakin rendah kompetensi sosial kepala PAUD serta semakin rendah kemampuan membangun kemitraan oleh kepala PAUD maka semakin rendah kinerja PAUD. Building a nation starts from building human resources through education. Early Childhood Education (ECD) is the foundation in building human resources, therefore it takes a school principal who has a vision and mission that brings positive change in the future. The quality of early childhood education is alleged to be related to the performance of the head of early childhood education, the performance of the head of early childhood education is suspected to be closely related to social competence, the ability to build partnerships. High performance PAUD head can bring quality PAUD, quality education will produce quality human beings. One of the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang can be seen from the achievement of the fulfillment of national standards of Education which is reflected in the results of accreditation. The accreditation results of the PAUD unit, Serang Regency in 2014-2022 showed the rating/accreditation status A= 01.16%; B = 24.89%; C=71.20%, not accredited = 02.75%. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe: 1). transformational leadership relationship with the performance of early childhood education head in Serang, 2). relationship of social competence with the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang. 3). the relationship between the ability to build partnerships with the performance of PAUD heads in Serang Regency. 4). Transformational Leadership Relationship social competence, the ability to build partnerships together with the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang. The type of research used is quantitative research with Pearson correlation analysis, carried out to determine the relationship between two closely interconnected entities and how one impacts the other. The population in this study as many as 1092 heads of early childhood education with a sample of 293 teachers who became respondents representing each district in the private early childhood education in Serang. Technique in determining the sample writer using purposive sampling technique, where each district is taken as many as 10 respondents teachers while data collection techniques using a questionnaire through google form to facilitate the dissemination and speed up getting answers from respondents. Processing techniques and analysis of results using spearmen correlation to determine whether there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable and determine the strength of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded: 1). There is a positive and significant relationship of transformational leadership with the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang Regency, meaning that the better the application of transformational leadership by the head of early childhood education, the higher the performance of the head of early childhood education, the worse the application of transformational leadership by the head of early childhood education, the lower the performance of the head of early childhood education. 2).There is a positive and significant relationship of social competence with the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang Regency, meaning that the higher the social competence possessed by the head of early childhood education, the higher the performance of the head of early childhood education, the lower the social competence possessed by the head of early childhood education, the lower the performance of the head of early childhood education. 3).There is a relationship between the ability to build partnerships with the performance of the head of early childhood education in Serang means that the higher the ability to build partnerships conducted by the head of early childhood education, the higher the performance of the head of early childhood education on the contrary, the lower the ability to build partnerships conducted by the head of early childhood education, the lower the performance of the head of early childhood education. 4). There is a simultaneous positive and significant relationship of transformational leadership, social competence, the ability to build partnerships together with the performance of PAUD heads in Serang Regency, this means that the better the application of transformational leadership by the head of PAUD and the higher the social competence of the head of PAUD and the higher the ability to build partnerships by the head of PAUD simultaneously, the higher the performance of the head of PAUD, on the contrary, the worse the application of transformational leadership by the head of PAUD and the lower the social competence of the head of PAUD and the lower the ability to build partnerships by the head of PAUD, the lower the performance of PAUD.
