Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward, intrinsic motivation, and employee training on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja in the city of Serang. In this study Reward, Intrinsic Motivation, and Employee Training as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. This study used a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method, measurement model analysis method, structural model analysis method and partial test (T test) using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 3.0 program. The results showed that rewards had a positive effect but not significant on employee performance with the results of t-count < t-table (0.231 > 1.99) and a significance level of > 0.05 (0.817 > 0.05), intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount > t-table (11.434 > 1.99) and a significance level <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t-count > t-table (3.683 > 1.99) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Reward, Motivasi Intrinsik, Serta Pelatihan Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Serang. Dalam penelitian ini Reward, Motivasi Intrinsik, dan Pelatihan Pegawai sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel jenuh sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural dan uji parsial (Uji T) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t-hitung < t-tabel (0,231 > 1,99) dan tingkat signifikansi > 0,05 (0,817 > 0,05), motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil thitung > t-tabel (11,434 > 1,99) dan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), pelatihan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t-hitung > t-tabel (3,683 > 1,99) dan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).
