Abstract
This study aims to describe the relationship between personality competence and lecturer performance, describe the relationship between achievement motivation and lecturer performance, describe the relationship between spiritual intelligence and lecturer performance, describe the relationship between personality competence, achievement motivation and spiritual intelligence with lecturer performance. This research was conducted on lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang. The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational research method with survey techniques. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang in 2023, while the sample used was 232 people using a simple random sampling technique to take the sample. The instruments used are competency test instruments to measure lecturer personality competencies and questionnaires to measure lecturer performance, achievement motivation and lecturer spiritual intelligence. The results of this study have shown that, there is a relationship between personality competence and lecturer performance, there is a relationship between achievement motivation and lecturer performance, there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and lecturer performance, there is a relationship between personality competence, achievement motivation and spiritual intelligence with lecturer performance at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap dosen pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan teknik survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang pada tahun 2023, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 232 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument tes kompetensi untuk mengukur kompetensi kepribadian dosen serta angket untuk mengukur kinerja dosen, motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan spiritual dosen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data korelasional menggunakan software SPSS tipe 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat hubungan kompetensi kepribadian dengan kinerja dosen, terdapat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja dosen, terdapat hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kinerja dosen, terdapat hubungan kompetensi kepribadian, motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kinerja dosen di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang | |||||||||
