Abstract

This research is a quantitativ studi that aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The populasi in this study are employee of PT. Banyutech Indoraya, totaling 30 people. The sampel size was taken as many as 30 responden, with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection, was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in the PLS (Partial least square) analysis method With SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation is positively correlated with employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Banyutech Indoraya yang berjumlah 30 orang. Ukuran sampel diambil sebanyak 30 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PLS (Partial least square) dengan software smartPLS 3.2.8 penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan motivasi Kerja berkorelasi positif dengan Kinerja Karyawan.
