Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to collect motorized vehicle transfer fees at the Malingping Samsat Office. The method used in writing this Final Project Report is the method of preparation and literature study. The type of data used in this paper is quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is a type of data that can be presented in the form of numbers. Qualitative data is a type of data that includes almost all non-numeric data or is presented in words. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data source is the writer directly at the place of writing or a place that is the object of writing by conducting direct interviews with Malingping Samsat employees. While secondary data sources are data collected by the author himself by indirectly relating to a place that is the object of writing such as a library. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results in this study are that vehicle owners still do not know how to pay for the implementation of the payment of Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees and there are several obstacles to incomplete documents so that this Samsat thief must be able to provide socialization to the public regarding the mechanism for collecting Motorized Vehicle Name Transfer Fees at Samsat malingping

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah pemungutan pajak bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Malingping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode tahap persiapan dan studi pustaka. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah jenis data yang dapat dipaparkan dalam bentuk angka. Data kualitatif adalah jenis data yang mencakup hampir semua data non-numeric atau disajikan dalam kata-kata. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer yaitu penulis secara langsung di tempat penulisan atau suatu tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pegawai Samsat Malingping. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder yaitu data yang dikumpulkan sendiri oleh penulis dengan secara tidak langsung berhubungan dengan suatu tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan seperti kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik kendaraan masih kurang mengetahui bagaimana cara membayar pelaksanaan pembayaran Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor dan terjadi beberapa kendala tidak lengkapnya dokumen sehingga hal ini Samsat malingping harus dapat memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai mekanisme pemungutan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotorn pada Samsat malingping | |||||||||
