Abstract

Situ Cijoro has an area of 3.74 ha and an inundation area of 3.60 ha, with an average depth of two meters and has a storage volume of 39,456.90 m³. Situ Cijoro is an artificial lake intended for irrigation and flood control located in Rangkasbitung Village East, Rangkasbitung District. The method of data collection by purposive sampling was carried out 1 time to collect data with a total of 3 stations consisting of 12 sampling points. The diversity index shows a moderate level of diversity with an average value of each station ranging from 1.8813 to 2.2225. The uniformity index of macrozoobenthos 0.8102-0.9572 indicates the uniformity value of each station has a high level of uniformity because the average uniformity value has an E value > 0.6 and a dominance value of 0.3131, no one species dominates. The highest density of all species found in the study was in the Pila ampullacea species and the lowest density was in the Tubifex tubifex species. In the macrozoobenthic distribution pattern from 3 stations, a normal distribution pattern was obtained, while the distribution pattern of each species at each station had a random distribution pattern and a group distribution pattern, namely, Tubifex tubifex species at station 2 random distribution patterns and at station 3 patterns distribution in groups, and the species Filopaludina javanica at station 3 has a random distribution pattern. The correlation between diversity index and abundance of macrozoobenthos with physical and chemical parameters has the same correlation relationship, that is, in the opposite parameters of temperature and pH, it also has similarities in the parameters of DO and BOD which are in the same direction.

Additional Information: Situ Cijoro memiliki luas 3,74 ha dan luas genangan 3,60 ha, dengan kedalaman rata-rata dua meter dan volume tampungan 39.456,90 m³. Situ Cijoro merupakan danau buatan yang diperuntukkan bagi irigasi dan pengendalian banjir yang terletak di Desa Rangkasbitung Timur, Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metode pengumpulan data dengan purposive sampling dilakukan sebanyak 1 kali untuk pengambilan data dengan jumlah 3 stasiun yang terdiri dari 12 titik pengambilan sampel. Indeks keanekaragaman menunjukkan tingkat keanekaragaman sedang dengan nilai rata-rata setiap stasiun berkisar antara 1,8813 hingga 2,2225. Indeks keseragaman makrozoobentos 0,8102-0,9572 menunjukkan nilai keseragaman setiap stasiun mempunyai tingkat keseragaman yang tinggi karena rata-rata nilai keseragaman mempunyai nilai E > 0,6 dan nilai dominasi 0,3131, tidak ada satu jenis pun yang mendominasi. Kepadatan tertinggi dari seluruh spesies yang ditemukan pada penelitian terdapat pada spesies Pila ampullacea dan kepadatan terendah terdapat pada spesies Tubifex tubifex. Pada pola sebaran makrozoobentos dari 3 stasiun diperoleh pola sebaran normal, sedangkan pola sebaran setiap spesies pada setiap stasiun mempunyai pola sebaran acak dan pola sebaran berkelompok yaitu spesies Tubifex tubifex pada stasiun 2 pola sebaran acak dan pada stasiun 3 pola sebarannya berkelompok, dan spesies Filopaludina javanica di stasiun 3 mempunyai pola sebaran acak. Korelasi indeks keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan makrozoobentos dengan parameter fisika dan kimia mempunyai hubungan korelasi yang sama yaitu pada parameter suhu dan pH yang berlawanan, juga mempunyai persamaan pada parameter DO dan BOD yang searah.
