Abstract
The most important environmental problem to be solved immediately is the waste problem. This problem is almost every region that experiences it. Likewise, what happened in Margagiri Village, Bojonegara District, Serang Regency. The problem of this research is how to implement waste management policies in Margagiri Village, then find out how the community participates in implementing policies in waste management and knowing the influencing factors in the implementation of waste management policies in Margagiri Village. The research method used by researchers in this study uses field research in the form of qualitative research that has nonstatistical properties. In this research procedure, it will later produce descriptive data in the form of oral speech and observable behavior from the people (subjects) themselves. The theory in this research uses Jan Merse's theory, namely Information, Policy Content, Community Support, and Potential Sharing. The results of the research on waste management in Margagiri Village have not been maximized. There are still obstacles from the Margagiri Village government. The obstacle from the community is the lack of community role in waste management. Keywords: Implementation Policy, Waste Management, Community Support.

| Additional Information: | Masalah lingkungan yang penting untuk segera diselesaikan adalah sampah masalah. Masalah ini hampir di setiap daerah mengalaminya. Demikian pula yang terjadi di Desa Margagiri, Kecamatan Bojonegara, Kabupaten Serang. Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Margagiri, kemudian mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan dalam persampahan pengelolaan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan sampah kebijakan pengelolaan di Desa Margagiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat nonstatistik. Dalam prosedur penelitian ini nantinya akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa tuturan lisan dan tingkah laku yang dapat diamati dari orang (subyek) diri. Teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jan Merse yaitu Information, Konten Kebijakan, Dukungan Komunitas, dan Berbagi Potensi. Hasil penelitian pengelolaan sampah di Desa Margagiri belum maksimal. Masih ada kendala dari pemerintah Desa Margagiri.
