Abstract

Stasiun kereta api Z membutuhkan fasilitas yang memadai sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah No. 48 tahun 2015. Namun, satu fasilitas yang belum ada adalah display harga tiket, restorasi, dan papan informasi keberangkatan. Penumpang kesulitan mengetahui harga tiket dan jadwal keberangkatan karena kurangnya informasi yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, usulan perbaikan dengan pendekatan Ergonomi Makro dapat membantu mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan di stasiun Z. Dalam usulan perbaikan fasilitas penelitian ini menggunakan metode MEAD. Metode yang digunakan adalah crpss-sectional dan kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini fasilitas kemudahan penumpang sudah sesuai dengan standar minimum yang dikeluarkan oleh Peraturan Menteri RI dengan adanya usulan alternatif, keinginan dari penumpang terhadap fasilitas stasiun Z yaitu mendapatkan infromasi yang jelas tentang keberangkatan dan informasi lainnya dari kereta pegawai KA, kebersihan toilet, intensitas suara atau kebisingan di ruang tunggu tidak berisik, Suhu diruang tunggu tidak panas, dan terdapat infromasi display harga tiket, dan usulan perbaikan yang diberikan kepada stasiun Z yaitu penambahan papan infromasi eletronik untuk pusat infromasi dan pembuatan display informasi harga tiket.

Guided by ANI UMYATI, ST., MT and Dr. LOVELY LADY, ST., MT. Z train station requires adequate facilities in accordance with government regulations no. 48 of 2015. However, one facility that does not yet exist is a ticket price display, restoration, and departure information boards. Passengers have difficulty knowing ticket prices and departure schedules due to a lack of available information. Therefore, the proposed improvement with the Macro Ergonomics approach can help overcome this problem and improve the quality of service at station Z. The proposed improvement of research facilities uses the MEAD method. The method used is crpss-sectional and quantitative. The results obtained from this study are that passenger convenience facilities are in accordance with the minimum standards issued by the Ministerial Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia with alternative proposals, the desire of passengers for station Z facilities, namely to get clear information about departures and other information from train employee trains, toilet cleanliness, the intensity of sound or noise in the waiting room is not noisy, the temperature in the waiting room is not hot, and there is information on displaying ticket prices, and the proposed improvements given to station Z are adding electronic information boards for information centers and making ticket price information displays.
