Abstract
The phenomenon of masculine women is typically attributed to a desire for independence, assertiveness, and a strong personality, followed by changes in appearance. The purpose of this research is to determine the self-disclosure of masculine female students in terms of appearance, behavior/habits, and mindset. This study adopts a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach, descriptive research type and case study research method. The informants for this research are five female students from UPI's Faculty of Sports and Health Education who are also campus futsal athletes with Instagram accounts namely @retnonoviynti, @hallonov, @pipitandriani61, @srisuciinberk23, and @lutfhyyahp. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and drawing/verification. The research results indicate that, regarding appearance, only two informants exhibit a masculine appearance characterized by short hair and a clothing style such as wearing T-shirts and pants, namely @hallonov_ and @pipitandriani61. Their photo poses also appear rigid, resembling typical male postures. In terms of behavior/habits, their social media posts often revolve around futsal activities, holding championship trophies, and photos with other futsal teams before competing, with less expressive photo style thus tend to be more rigid, even shows a metal style, providing insight that the expression of masculinity is influenced by their passion for playing futsal. Regarding the mindset of informants are independent, assertive, and ambitious thinking, as well as showing indifference to others' comments.

| Additional Information: | Fenomena perempuan maskulin biasanya disebabkan karena adanya keinginan hidup mandiri, tegas, dan berkepribadian tangguh yang diikuti perubahan penampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengungkapan diri mahasiswi maskulin dalam penampilan, perilaku/kebiasaan serta pola pikir. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sifat penelitian deskriptif serta metode penelitian studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah 5 mahasiswi UPI Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan dan berprofesi sebagai atlet futsal kampus dengan akun Instagram @retnonoviynti, @hallonov, @pipitandriani61, @srisuciinberk23 dan @lutfhyyahp. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display dan drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal penampilan, hanya ada 2 orang informan yang memiliki penampilan maskulin dengan ciri khas rambut cepak, gaya berpakaian menggunakan kaos oblong dengan celana yaitu @hallonov_ dan @pipitandriani61. Gaya berfoto juga terlihat kaku seperti laki-laki pada umumnya. Dalam perilaku/kebiasaan, unggahan foto saat bermain futsal, saat memegang piala kejuaraan dan foto bersama tim futsal lainnya sebelum bertanding dengan gaya foto yang kurang ekspresif sehingga cenderung kaku bahkan menunjukkan gaya metal, memberikan gambaran bahwa maskulinitas yang diungkapkan berdasarkan hobi bermain futsal. Sedangkan pola pikir informan adalah memiliki pemikiran bebas, tegas, ambisius, serta acuh dengan komentar orang lain. | |||||||||
