Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning method Examples Non Examples in online learning on students' cognitive abilities in protist class X IPA material at SMA Negeri 1 Pontang. This research is an experimental research method that uses a pretest -post-test control group design. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pontang in the odd semester, namely class X 1 (B) as the experimental class and class X 1 (A) as the control class. Samples were taken using (random sampling system) sampling was carried out randomly without regard to the level of students. Data collection techniques used tests in the form of multiple choice pretest and post-test to measure cognitive abilities. The results showed that the average value of the pretest in the experimental class was 33, the pretest in the control class was 25, the post-test in the experimental class was 37 and the post-test in the control class was 31. The results of the independent simple t test hypothesis test on post-test cognitive abilities obtained a significance value of 0.187 > 0.05, which means H0 is accepted, so the cooperative learning method of the examples non examples type in online learning has no effect on students' cognitive abilities in Protista material for class X IPA SMA Country 1 Pontang.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Examples Non Examples dalam pembelajaran daring terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa pada materi protista kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pontang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode eksperimen yang menggunakan desain pretest - post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pontang semester ganjil yaitu kelas X 1 (B) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X 1 (A) sebagai kelas kontrol. Sampel diambil menggunakan (sistem random sampling) pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan tingkatan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa pilihan ganda pretest dan post-test untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai ratarata pretest pada kelas eksperiment memperoleh nilai 33, Pretest kelas kontrol 25, post-test kelas eksperimen 37 dan post-test kelas kontrol 31. Hasil uji hipotesis independen simple t test pada kemampuan kognitif post-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,187 > 0,05 yang berarti H0 diterima, sehingga metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe examples non examples dalam pembelajaran daring tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa pada materi Protista kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pontang. | |||||||||
