Abstract

The M'Kostel Kencana Loka Building has 6 floors in the shape of the letter L, the data needed for structural modeling reference is in the form of an overview of the function of each room as a reference for determining dead loads and live loads, the location of the building as a reference for determining earthquake resistance and Engineering drawings. The working load calculation uses Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2022 software. All concrete structural elements use a concrete quality (fc') of 30 MPa and a reinforcing steel quality (fy) of 420 MPa. From the analysis and discussion, it was found that the results of checking the 300 x 600 mm Beam were Upper Longitudinal Reinforcement for the 6D22 support area, for the 4D22 field area, Lower Longitudinal Reinforcement for the 4D22 support area, for the 6D22 field area, Sengkang Reinforcement 4D10-100/120mm, Column Checking results (K1A) 600 x 600 mm Upper Longitudinal Reinforcement obtained for support area 12D36, for field area 12D36, Sengkang Reinforcement 4/2D13-100/150mm, HBK Check results obtained Sengkang Reinforcement in HBK area 4/2D13-100mm, Stair Check results obtained Main Reinforcement D16 - 85mm, Shared Reinforcement D10-150mm, Floor Plate Checking results d10 – 200mm, Pilecap Checking results 2500 x 1700 mm and pile caps obtained 6 pile caps, Pilecap reinforcement in x direction and y direction D19 – 150mm

Additional Information: Gedung M’Kostel Kencana Loka memiliki 6 lantai yang berbentuk letter L, data yang yang butuhkan untuk acuan permodelan struktur permodelan struktur Gedung berupa gabaran mengenai fungsi dari setiap ruangan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan beban mati dan beban hiup, lokasi bangunan sebagai acuan menentukan babn gempa dan gambar Teknik. Perhitungan pembebanan yang bekerja menggunakan software Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2022. Semua elemen struktur beton menggunakan mutu beton (fc’) 30 MPa dan mutu baja tulangan (fy) 420 MPa. Dari analisa dan pembahasan didapatkan hasil pengecekan Balok 300 x 600 mm didapat Tulangan Longitudinal Atas untuk daerah tumpuan 6D22, untuk daerah lapangan 4D22, Tulangan Longitudinal Bawah untuk daerah tumpuan 4D22, untuk daerah lapangan 6D22, Tulangan Sengkang 4D10-100/120mm, hasil Pengecekan Kolom (K1A) 600 x 600 mm didapat Tulangan Longitudinal Atas untuk daerah tumpuan 12D36, untuk daerah lapangan 12D36, Tulangan Sengkang 4/2D13-100/150mm, hasil Pengecekan HBK didapat Tulangan Sengkang di daerah HBK 4/2D13-100mm, hasil Pengecekan Tangga didapat Tulangan Pokok D16-85mm, Tulangan Bagi D10-150mm, hasil Pengecekan Pelat Lantai d10 – 200mm, hasil Pengecekan Pilecap 2500 x 1700 mm dan tiang Pancang didapat jumlah tiang pangcang 6 buah, Tulangan pilecap arah x dan arah y D19 –150mm
