Abstract
Planned and sustainable human resource development is crucial for every organization or company. To assess the role of human resources in a company, their work performance can be examined. Several factors affect employee performance, including leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through work discipline using the SEM PLS method (a case study on PT Krakatau Daya Listrik). The research method employed quantitative research, and quantitative data were collected through a previously conducted questionnaire survey to analyze the relationships among latent variables determined using the SEM PLS method. The study includes 133 samples of organic employees from PT Krakatau Daya Listrik. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS with SmartPLS Version 3 software. The results indicate that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership style and organizational culture positively and significantly influence employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable.

Additional Information: | Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang terencana dan berkelanjutan merupakan suatu keharusan bagi setiap organisasi atau perusahaan. Untuk melihat peran sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan, dapat dilihat mulai dari kinerja kerjanya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan meliputi gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja menggunakan metode SEM PLS (studi kasus pada PT Krakatau Daya Listrik). Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif, Data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya untuk dilakukan analisa mengenai hubungan antar variabel laten yang ditetapkan menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Penelitian ini mencakup 133 sampel karyawan organik PT Krakatau Daya Listrik. Teknik analisa data menggunakan SEM PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. | |||||||||
