Abstract

Renewable Energy, especially PV systems, is an environmentally friendly alternative energy source. Due to the need for alternative energy at the research location, a PV System was built using the ATS system. The PV System using ATS aims to meet the electricity needs at the location if there is a blackout at PLN. In this study, the design and construction of PV off grid were carried out using the ATS system. As a result, in the construction of this PV System, one can imagine electrical energy if there is a blackout at the Grid power source, with the battery being able to supply an AC power load of 70 Watts for 6 hours and a DC electricity load of 12 Watts for more than 6 hours.

Additional Information: Energi Baru Terbarukan terutama PLTS merupakan energi yang ramah lingkungan sebagai alternatif energi. Karena kebutuhan energi alternatif pada lokasi penelitian, maka dibangunlah PLTS dengan menggunakan sistem ATS. Sistem PLTS menggunakan ATS bertujuan agar membantu kebutuhan listrik pada lokasi apabila terjadi pemadaman pada PLN. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan PLTS Off Grid dengan menggunakan sistem ATS. Hasilnya pada pembangunan PLTS ini dapat menyuplai energi listrik apabila terjadi pemadaman pada sumber listrik PLN dengan baterai bisa mensuplai beban listrik AC sebesar 70 Watt selama 6 jam dan beban listrik DC sebesar 12 Watt lebih dari 6 jam.
