Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui Prosedur Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Pada DPRD tentang realisasi anggaran keuangan yang disajikan dalam satu periode Akuntansi dan apakah proses nya sudah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP). Metode yang digunakan dalam Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode Deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan data melalui observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi yang di kumpulkan dari DPRD Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa Prosedur Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Pada DPRD Kota Bandung sudah menerapkan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) dengan data Laporan Keuangan tahun 2016 menghasilkan data yang transparansi.

The method used in writing this final project is the descriptive method. Sources of data come from field research and literature. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews and documentation collected from the Bandung City DPRD. Based on the research results, it was found that the Procedure for Preparing Financial Statements at the Bandung City DPRD had implemented Government Accounting Standards (SAP) with 2016 Financial Report data to produce transparent data.
