Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to find out the strategv of increasing [Jmrah & Hajj customer satisfaction through excellent service at PT Arminareka Perdana. The writing method used in this research is descriptive method from primary data and secondary data, as well as data collection based on interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this data collection show that PT Arminareka Perdana performs excellent service to increase customer satisfaction, excellent service used is ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, and responsibility.
