Abstract

Tracking bags is important because it is dangerous if they are left behind or changed hands. This research aims to improve security by designing a system that can track the distance between a device and a device via an application. This system uses GPS NEO 7m as a navigation tool and SIM800l to send data to the Thinkspeak internet server. Distance calculations are determined using the Euclidean method. The results of the application research can provide a location with a GPS device accuracy level of up to 1.1 meters and a device accuracy level of up to 8 meters with an error percentage for distances of more than 1 meter of 4.76% and for distances of more than 10 meters of up to 15%.

Additional Information: Pelacakan pada tas merupakan hal yg penting karena berbahaya apabila tertinggal atau berpindah tangan. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dengan merancang sebuah sistem yg dapat melacak jarak antara alat dengan gawai melalui aplikasi. Sistem ini menggunakan GPS NEO 7m sebagai alat navigasi dan SIM800l untuk mengirim data ke internet server Thinkspeak. Perhitungan jarak ditentukan menggunakan metode euclidean. Hasil penelitian aplikasi dapat memberikan lokasi dengan tingkat akurasi alat GPS hingga 1,1 meter dan tingkat akurasi gawai hingga 8 meter dengan persentase kesalahan untuk jarak lebih dari 1 meter bernilai 4,76% dan untuk jarak lebih 10 meter bernilai hingga 15%
