Abstract

Monitoring of water quality in aquaponic systems needs to be monitored to ensure optimal growth of fish and plants. Many parameters affect water quality for maximum fish, one of which is temperature, pH, and TDS parameters. Parameters of temperature, pH and TDS are monitored in real time via the ThingSpeak web browser utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT). Aquaponic objects used in this study were catfish (Clarias Sp.). The optimal range of catfish water quality is: temperature which is 25°C to 30°C, pH which is 6.5 to 8.5, and TDS which is less than 1000 ppm. The average monitoring results for three months showed a temperature of 22°C, a pH of 5.72, and a TDS of 276 ppm.

Additional Information: Monitoring kualitas air pada sistem akuaponik perlu dipantau untuk memastikan pertumbuhan optimal dari ikan dan tanaman. Banyak parameter yang mempengaruhi kualitas air untuk pertumbuhan ikan, salah satunya adalah parameter suhu, pH, dan TDS. Parameter suhu, pH dan TDS dimonitor secara realtime melalui web browser ThingSpeak memanfaatkan Internet of Things (IoT). Objek akuaponik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ikan lele (Clarias Sp.). Kisaran optimal kualitas air ikan lele adalah: suhu yaitu 25°C sampai 30°C, pH yaitu 6,5 sampai 8,5, dan TDS yaitu kurang dari 1000 ppm. Hasil rata-rata monitoring selama tiga bulan menunjukkan suhu sebesar 22°C, pH sebesar 5,72, dan TDS sebesar 276 ppm.
