Abstract
This research discusses the Economic Feasibility Analysis of Red Cungap Coconut Cultivation (Case Study in Pondok Kahuru Village, Ciomas District, Serang Regency). The purpose of this research is to analyze the amount of production costs, revenue, and income and evaluate the feasibility level of red cungap coconut farming in Pondok Kahuru Village, Ciomas District, Serang Regency. Respondents in this study amounted to 24 red cungap coconut farmers from Pondok Kahuru Village, Ciomas District, Serang Regency. The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews and documentation. This research uses the method of analyzing production costs, revenue, income, R / C Ratio and B / C Ratio. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the total average cost of cultivating red cungap coconut plants is Rp 61.669,00/tree/year. Average revenue of Rp 422.182,00/tree/year. Average income of Rp 360.513,00/tree /year. From the results of the analysis of the economic feasibility of cultivating red cungap coconut plants, it shows that the results of the R / C Ratio analysis are 6.85. This shows that red cungap coconut farmers will get a revenue of Rp 6.85 for every 1 rupiah spent (red cungap coconut cultivation is feasible). While the results of the B / C Ratio analysis are 5.85. Based on these results it can be concluded that B / C Ratio > 0, meaning that the cultivation of red cungap coconut is feasible.
