Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional disposition and loves his job. This attitude is reflected by the morale, discipline, and job performance. Job satisfaction is also related to variables such as turn over (switching work), productivity, absenteeism, age, occupation factors and organization size. The purpose of the study is to examine the items included in the quadrant I, quadrant II, quadrant III and quadrant IV on a cartesian diagram and determine the level of employee satisfaction on the performance of the company's management. The results showed employee satisfaction index score is 66.22%. According to the criteria of satisfaction index, it can be concluded that employees feel quite satisfied with the performance of the company. From the research results can also at the items included in the first quadrant is the provision of incentives to match the production, availability of labor fittings according to type of work, a comfortable working environment and conducive. Quadrant II is training for the field work, health benefits for employees and their families, educational allowances for children of employees. Quadrant III is transparent performance evaluation, good communication between departments. Quadrant IV is the participation of employees in quality control improvement activities (GKM), employee participation in the activities of a small group activity (SGA), the path of conflict resolution between employees and the company formally.

Additional Information: Kepuasan kerja adalah sikap emosional yang menyenangkan dan mencintai pekerjaannya. Sikap ini dicerminkan oleh moral kerja, kedisiplinan, dan prestasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga berhubungan dengan variabel-variabel seperti turn over (berpindah kerja),produktivitas, tingkat absensi, usia, faktor pekerjaan dan ukuran organisasi perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui itemitem yang masuk dalam kuadran I, kuadran II, kuadran III, dan kuadran IV pada diagram kartesius dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap kinerja manajemen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai indeks kepuasan karyawan sebesar 66,22%. Menurut kriteria indeks kepuasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan merasa cukup puas terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian juga di dapat item yang termasuk dalam kuadran I yaitu pemberian insentif sesuai hasil produksi,disediakannya alat kelengkapan kerja sesuai jenis pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif. Kuadran II yaitu pelatihan (training) sesuai bidang pekerjaan, tunjangan kesehatan bagi karyawan dan keluarga karyawan, tunjangan uang pendidikan bagi anak karyawan. Kuadran III yaitu evaluasi kinerja yang transparan, komunikasi yang baik antar bagian. Kuadran IV yaitu partispasi karyawan dalam kegiatan improvement gugus kendali mutu (GKM), partisipasi karyawan dalam kegiatan impromvement small group activity (SGA), jalur penyelesaian konflik antar karyawan dan perusahaan secara formal.
