Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the optimal supply, supplies of safety and the time of reservation back. Methods used in this research study using a method of cases with the determination of purposively place, data and use of primary and secondary. The analysis used in this research is a method of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Corporate booking as many as 7 times in 1 year, safety supplies as much as 12.918 tons, so the total cost incurred amounting to Rp. 364.982.585.6, total storage fees amounting to Rp. 55.943.693,54, then the total cost of inventory the company issued in 2013 amounting to Rp. 420.926.279,1. When using the methods (Economic Order Quantity) generated total reservation fee per year is Rp. 44.058.612, 12, storage fees amounting to Rp. 44.063.436,19 and the total cost of inventories amounting to Rp. 88.122.048,31. A method of EOQ it also resulted in the frequency of the purchase of less namely 0,845 , safety supplies as many as 5.007,746 tons , time reservations to do is at the time of the amount of fertilizer subsidized urea reached 6.360,186 tons.
