Abstract

This research discusses pedestrian facilities at the Faculty of Engineering Campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University located in Cilegon City, there are no adequate pedestrian facilities so it is necessary to analyze pedestrian facilities which aim to determine the type of pedestrian facilities used at the Faculty of Engineering Campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and create a pedestrian facility design at the Faculty of Engineering Campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Analyzing the needs of this pedestrian facility uses guidelines from the Ministry of PUPR Regarding Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities in 2018 and to design pedestrian facilities using sketchup software. The result of this study is that the pedestrian facilities produced in the form of a pelican cross based on the formula PV2 produces PV2 on average with P = 79 people / hour, V = 8461 (vehicles / hour) then produce PV2is (6 x 109) and the effective width of the sidewalk inside the Faculty of Engineering Campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is 1.5 meters, these results are adjusted to the 2018 Ministry of PUPR guidelines.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini membahas tentang fasilitas pedestrian di Kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang berlokasi di Kota Cilegon, belum terdapat fasilitas pedestrian yang memadai sehingga perlu menganalisa fasilitas pedestrian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis fasilitas pedestrian yang digunakan di Kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan membuat desain fasilitas pedestrian di Kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Metode penelitian dengan melakukan survey volume kendaraan, volume penyeberang jalan, dan volume pejalan kaki. Menganalisa kebutuhan fasilitas pedestrian ini menggunakan panduan dari Kementerian PUPR Tentang Perencanaan Teknis Fasilitas Pejalan Kaki Tahun 2018 dan untuk mendesain fasilitas pedestrian menggunakan software sketchup. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa fasilitas pedestrian yang dihasilkan berupa pelican cross berdasarkan rumus PV2 menghasilkan PV2 rata-rata dengan P = 79 orang/jam, V = 8461 (kendaraan/jam) maka menghasilkan PV2 adalah 5632074060 (6 x 109) dan lebar efektif trotoar di dalam Kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa sebesar 1,5 meter hasil tersebut di sesuaikan dengan panduan Kementerian PUPR Tahun 2018.
