Abstract

This study aimed to determine the results of learning mathematics that students have when given the influence of the substitution, augmentation, modification and redefinition models in which learning activities use technology. The SAMR model in this study was combined with the Problem Based Learninig model on matrix material in mathematics learning. The research method used in this study is quasi-experimental method, and the design used was the nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat with research subjects of class XI IPA 4 as the experimental class and XI IPA 5 as the control class. The ability of the learning outcomes studied is the cognitive type and is measured using test instruments in the form of description questions that have been declared valid and reliable. The results of data analysis using the t-test with a significance level of 5% (α=0,05) it can be concluded that the SAMR model have effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of high school students.
