Abstract

Communication management and Supply Chain Management is one of the most important aspects of project management to determine the success of a project. The ability to coordinate and accurate information distribution is expected to over capacity inventory that causes waste or even under capacity which leads to inhibition of construction process that is very influential on the time performance of construction.. The concept of this research develops three dimensions of project communication management (planning, controlling, management), three dimensions of Supply Chain Management (material, financial, information), two dimensions of time performance (punctuality and contractual agreement) and testing the influence between Communication Management, Management Supply Chain, and time performance. This research is explanatory by using quantitative method where data collection is done by survey through questioner and validated by experts for the determination of indicator. The data was processed using IBM SPSS AMOS v.20 software which was analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis with baseline test of normality, validity, reliability, significance, and causality test with Maximum Likelihood Estimation . The analysis showed that the effect on the Project Communications Management to Supply Chain Management by 50%, Project Communications Management effect on the time performance of 54% and Supply Chain Management directly affects the time performance by 23%.

Additional Information:	Manajemen komunikasi dan Supply Chain Management merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen proyek untuk menentukan kesuksesan suatu proyek. Kemampuan berkoordinasi dan distribusi informasi yang akurat diharapkan dapat mengatasi kapasitas persediaan berlebih yang menyebabkan waste atau bahkan under capacity yang menimbulkan terhambatnya proses pelaksanaan konstruksi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proses konstruksi. Konsep penelitian ini, mengembangkan tiga dimensi Manajemen komunikasi proyek (perencanaan, pengontrolan, pengelolaan), tiga dimensi Manajemen Supply Chain (material, finansial, informasi), dua dimensi kinerja waktu (ketepatan waktu dan kesepakatan kontrak) dan menguji hubungan antara Manajemen komunikasi, Manajemen Supply Chain, dan kinerja waktu. Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey melalui kuesioner dan divalidasi oleh para pakar untuk penentuan indikator. Data diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS AMOS v.20 yang dianalisis melalui confirmatory factor analysis dan analisis persamaan model struktural dengan uji dasar normalitas, validitas, reliabilitas, signifikansi, dan uji kausalitas dengan teknik estimasi Maximum Likelihood Estimation. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Komunikasi proyek berpengaruh terhadap Supply Chain Management sebesar 50%, Manajemen Komunikasi proyek berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Waktu sebesar 54% dan Supply Chain Management berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja waktu sebesar 23%.
