Abstract
Infant growth and development is largely determined by the amount of breastmilk obtained, including the energy and other nutrients contained in the breastmilk. Breastmilk without other other foodstuffs can meet the needs of growth until the age of about 6 months of age. After that, breastmilk only serves as the main source of protein, vitamins and minerals for the baby protein vitamins and minerals for infants receiving supplementary feeding. Kecantilan Village, Serang Sub-district, Serang City, Banten Province there are several babies who are stunted, many local people do not know that the child is stunted do not know that the child is stunted in their children. Komunitas Peduli ASI is a community that supports exclusive breastfeeding, but this community does not only support exclusive breastfeeding only support exclusive breastfeeding, but also support the provision of Complementary Feeding (MPASI), and consists of a group of parents who have a high concern for the commitment to breastfeeding who have a high concern for the commitment of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months infants aged 0-6 months and continued until the age of 2 years in the Banten region especially in Serang City, which was formed on 12 December 2012. In this study, the researcher intends to use a qualitative approach by applying a descriptive method approach by applying descriptive methods. Then the Implementation Strategy of the Mother's Milk Feeding Programme (ASI) Exclusive Breastfeeding Programme for 0-6 Months and Complementary Feeding (MPASI) In Overcoming the Problem of Child Stunting by the Community of Caring for Breast Milk (ASI) Banten in Kecantilan Village, Serang Subdistrict, Serang City. | Additional Information: | Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi sebagian besar ditentukan oleh jumlah Air Susu Ibu (ASI) yang diperoleh termasuk energi dan zat gizi lainnya yang terkandung di dalam Air Susu Ibu (ASI) tersebut. Air Susu Ibu (ASI) tanpa bahan makanan lain dapat mencukupi kebutuhan pertumbuhan sampai usia sekitar 6 bulan. Setelah itu Air Susu Ibu (ASI) hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber protein vitamin dan mineral utama untuk bayi yang mendapat makanan tambahan. Kampung Kecantilan Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang Provinsi Banten ada beberapa bayi yang mengalami stunting, masyarakat setempat banyak yang belum mengetahui bahwasanya anak tersebut mengalami stunting pada anak-anaknya. Komunitas Peduli ASI merupakan suatu komunitas pendukung pemberian ASI Ekslusif akan tetapi di komunitas ini pun bukan hanya mendukung pemberian ASI Ekslusif saja, tapi mendukung juga pemberian Makanan Pendamping ASI (MPASI), dan beranggotakan sekelompok orangtua yang memiliki kepedulian tinggi akan komitmen pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan yang dilanjut hingga usia 2 tahun di wilayah Banten khuausnya di Kota Serang yang dibentuk pada bulan Desember tanggal 12 tahun 2012.pada penelitian ini peneliti bermaksud menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif. Kemudian Strategi Pelaksanaan Program Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Eksklusif Usia 0-6 Bulan dan Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MPASI) Dalam Menanggulangi Problem Stunting Anak Oleh Komunitas Peduli Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Banten di Kampung Kecantilan Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang Provinsi Banten dengan adanya strategi Gerakan Nasional Sadar Gizi dalam rangka percepatan perbaikan gizi pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (Gerakan 1000 HPK), dimotori oleh Bappenas pada bulan Seprember 2012 bersama berbagai Kementerian; Pimpinan Pusat dan Daerah, Organisasi dan Sekor Swasta. Gerakan Nasional Sadar Gizi 1000 HPK atau secara global juga disebut dengan Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN). | |||||||||
