Capital expenditure is one part of regional expenditure that is used in the purchase or procurement of tangible fixed assets that have a useful value of more than one year and are used in infrastructure development and provision of public facilities Therefore, this study aims to prove empirically the influence of the Original Income (PAD) and the General Allocation Fund (DAU) ,the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) in 5 Provinces on Java Island in 2013-2021. This study used a sample of 5 provinces in Java and the 2013 – 2021. in the form of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in 2013-2021. The sampling method uses the census method by taking the entire population. The tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that PAD,DAU and DAK have significant influence on capital expenditure.
