Abstract

ANALYSIS OF MAKING SCHEDULE MVR EVAPORATOR SHELTER WITH CPM AND PERT METHODS ( CHASE STUDY PT. SOLEN PUTRA ) Indra Alfian 1 , Evi Febianti vii 2 3 1, 2, 3 , Ratna Ekawati Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa [email protected] 1 ,[email protected] ABSTRACT 2 ,[email protected] When growing the business world, competition company engaged in construction projects is getting tougher. Company must be effective in the use of time in each activity or event, so that the costs incurred can be minimized from the original plan and can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is determine the critical path, counting the costs incurred on the project with a duration of MVR Evaporator Shelter initial workmanship and acceleration and calculating the percentage of achievement of project MVR Evaporator Shelter. Methods used in this study is the method of CPM and PERT. CPM is the critical path method to estimate the time component of the project activities with the deterministic approach one number. PERT is a technique to manipulate a situation with a high degree of uncertainty in the aspect of time series. Obtained Critical Path using CPM and software Ms. Project 2007 was 19 activity in 76 days, costs incurred for the initial conditions is Rp 809 925 570, while for the condition of acceleration coupled with overtime labor costs in the amount of Rp. 839 224 885 and attainment percentage value jobs within 63 calendar days of the Z value 5.258 obtained by the normal distribution table value of 0.9993 so that the value of the percentage of 99.99%, which means that the project is said to be in a state of acceleration can be achieved.
