Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media based on interactive digital books as a tool to support student learning, especially in Social Science learning and find out the responses of students to the media developed by researchers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed that the feasibility of interactive digital book media was based on material experts, media experts and teacher assessment. The score obtained was 79.5% each for material experts, media experts obtained an average score of 87,2% and teacher assessment received a score of 90,6%. Then students gave a positive response to the media tested in the learning process with a score of 93,4%. Product validation instruments from these experts are obtained using questionnaires that have been made and based on the assessment of instrument experts. So it can be concluded that this research produces interactive digital book-based learning media products in grade V Elementary School Social Science learning. The percentage of material expert eligibility results is included in the "Decent" category, media experts are included in the "Very Decent" category while teacher validation is included in the "Very Decent" category . The percentage of assessment of student responses is included in the "Very Good" category. So that the product is said to be suitable for use as a medium in the learning process in elementary schools.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari media pembelajaran berbasis buku digital interaktif sebagai alat penunjang belajar peserta didik terutama pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial serta mengetahui tanggapan dari peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan dari media buku digital interaktif berdasarkan ahli materi, ahli media dan penilaian guru. Skor yang diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 79,5% untuk ahli materi, ahli media memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 87,2% dan penilian guru mendapatkan skor sebesar 90,6%. Kemudian peserta didik memberikan respon yang positif terhadap media yang diujikan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan pencapaian skor sebesar 93,4%. Instrumen validasi produk dari para ahli ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket yang telah dibuat dan berdasarkan penilaian ahli instrumen. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pemebelajaran berbasis buku digital interaktif pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Presentase hasil kelayakan ahli materi termasuk dalam kategori “Layak”, ahli media termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak” sedangkan validasi guru termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Presentase penilaian tanggapan peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Sehingga produk dikatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
