Abstract

Currently, many companies have implemented CSR programs as a form of corporate commitment and responsibility to society. This Rail Clinic Social Service activity is concrete evidence that BUMN Present for the Country is presented by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia through free health services to people who are known to still have difficulty accessing health services. The aim of the study was to find out the public's perception of the CSR social service program for free medical treatment with the Rail Clinic in Daop 1 Jakarta. To find out the quality of health services for the free medical social service CSR program with the Rail Clinic in Daop 1 Jakarta. To determine the influence of public perceptions regarding the service quality of the Social Service Rail Clinic DAOP 1 Jakarta CSR program. To find out the influence of public perceptions regarding the service quality of the DAOP 1 Jakarta Rail Clinic Social Service CSR program. This type of research will be carried out using quantitative methods while the research method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study is the Maja community who take part in the Social Service Rail Clinic Daop 1 CSR CSR program Daop 1 Jakarta totaling 300 people. In this study, the researchers took samples using the Taro Yamane formula so that the samples obtained were 75 people with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. Analysis of data calculation using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the public's perception of the quality of public services in the DAOP 1 Jakarta Rail Clinic Social Service CSR program as a whole is quite good. This is because the feelings that arise from the community regarding procedures, timeliness, infrastructure and technical clarity are sufficient with what is required. society is expected to provide good service. There is a significant influence between public perceptions of the service quality of the DAOP 1 Jakarta Rail Clinic Social Service CSR program. The magnitude of the influence is 64.2%, while the remaining 35.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model.

Kegiatan Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic ini menjadi bukti nyata BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri yang di hadirkan oleh PT.Kereta Api Indonesia melalui pelayanan Kesehatan gratis kepada masyarakat yang diketahui masih kesulitan mengakses pelayanan Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap program CSR bakti sosial pengobatan gratis dengan Rail Clinic di Daop 1 Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap program CSR bakti sosial pengobatan gratis dengan Rail Clinic di Daop 1 Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi masyarakat mengenai kualitas pelayanan program CSR Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic DAOP 1 Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh persepsi masyarakat mengenai kualitas pelayanan program CSR Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic DAOP 1 Jakarta. Tipe penelitian ini yang akan dilakukan mengguanakan kuantitatif sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini masyarakat Maja yang mengikuti program CSR Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic Daop 1 Jakarta berjumlah 300 orang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel dengan rumus Taro Yamane sehingga sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 75 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Analisis penghitungan data menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik dalam program CSR Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic DAOP 1 Jakarta secara keseluruhan cukup baik hal tersebut disebabkan karena perasaan yang muncul dari mayarakat berkaitan dengan prosedur, ketepatan waktu, sarana prasarana dan kejelasan teknis sudah cukup dengan apa yang diharapkan masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan program CSR Bakti Sosial Rail Clinic DAOP 1 Jakarta. Besarnya pengaruh adalah 64,2%, sedangkan sisanya 35,8% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model penelitian ini.
